Tianquan After-sale "Three Guarantees" Service Implementation Rules
1. Contents of
repairs The users can enjoy free repair service under the premise of meeting the requirements of the three guarantees.
Second, the warranty period
Tianquan products implement the national new three guarantees, the whole machine is repaired for 1 year (excluding consumables). The validity period of the three guarantees shall be calculated from the date of issuance of the invoice.
3. Repair certificate
If the product fails during the repair period, the user must repair it with the product repair certificate. If there is no repair certificate, the free repair service will not be provided. The product name, model, number (or bar code) on the voucher must be consistent with the name, model, number (or bar code) of the product being repaired.
4. Scope of
warranty repairs During the period of normal use of products during the warranty repair, repairs caused by the quality of the machine itself are covered by free warranty repair.
5. One of the following situations does not belong to the scope of repair, but it can be repaired at a charge:
1. Failure to follow the instructions for operation, use, maintenance or improper storage causes damage;
2. Without the permission of the company, non-designated personnel of the company dismantle Damage caused by machine or maintenance;
3. Without a complete repair certificate and valid invoice;
4. The model of the three-guarantee certificate does not match the repaired product model or is altered;
5. Damage caused by force majeure.
